1 About Aarvion

Aarvion Microgreens is a brand of Sylvapure Agro LLP. The Website provides information about our microgreens and related products and may facilitate customer enquiries, purchases and subscription services.

2 Business & Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to place an order. If you purchase on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, photographs, weights and availability and other information accurate. Microgreens are natural agricultural products and may vary in color, size, appearance, texture and flavours between harvests. Product photographs may be illustrative unless stated otherwise.

4 Nutrition and Health Information

Information concerning nutrition, wellness, ingredients, recipes or potential benefits is provided for general educational purposes and is not medical advice. Aarvion does not claim that microgreens diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Customers with allergies, medical conditions, dietary restrictions or specific nutritional requirements should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare or nutrition professional.

Where the Website uses descriptions such as “Non-GMO”, “pesticide free”, “natural”, “nutrient-rich” or similar claims, such statements should be understood in accordance with the applicable product information, supporting records and applicable law. 5 Prices, Taxes & Payment

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other fees will be shown or communicated before order confirmation. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, whose terms and privacy policies may also apply.

6 Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute acceptance. An order is accepted when Aarvion confirms it for fulfilment. We may cancel/refuse an order where stock is unavailable, failed payment, non-serviceable location, materially incorrect information or other legitimate operational reasons.

7 Fresh Produce, Delivery & Storage

Microgreens are perishable food products. Delivery timing may depend on harvest schedules, availability, serviceability, traffic, weather, holidays, logistics and other operational factors. Customers should provide accurate delivery information, promptly receive the order and follow storage instructions supplied with the product. This does not limit mandatory statutory rights.

8 Cancellation, Refunds & Replacements

Because microgreens are perishable, cancellation and refund conditions may differ from those applicable to non-perishable goods. The applicable rules are set out in Aarvion’s Shipping, Delivery, Cancellation, Replacement & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9 Subscriptions

Subscription plans may have recurring schedules, service areas, payment terms and cut-off times for skipping, pausing or cancelling deliveries. These details will be displayed on the relevant subscription page or at checkout. Operational changes affecting subscriptions will be communicated were reasonably practicable.

10 Acceptable Use

You must not use the Website unlawfully or fraudulently, interfere with its security or availability, attempt unauthorized access, scrape, reproduce or exploit Website content for commercial purposes without permission, or submit unlawful, malicious, misleading or infringing content.

11 Intellectual Property

The Aarvion name, logo, brand elements, original text, graphics, photographs and Website design are owned by or licensed to Aarvion/Sylvapure Agro LLP unless stated otherwise. Unauthorised commercial use is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection and other applicable laws, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Tanuku, West Godavari District.
